The advertisements are grouped as :
- location offers of furniture or buildings, published by owners and,
- specific requests for locations, published by experienced or professional photographers or filmmakers.
The locations are categorized by type (villas, houses, parks, castles, boats…) by geographic region in order to facilitate searches by photographers/filmmakers and postings by the owners.
Flexibility
The time-frame for the rental and pricing are indicated by the owners as follows:
- price per hour, half-day, day, week, month, or year.
Transparency
The transaction for rental of property is organized directly between the owner and the photographer/filmmaker. In order to facilitate a free exchange between the parties, APRILOCA does not intervene in this negotiation. No commission is charged by APRILOCA on the rental transaction between the owner and the photographer/filmmaker.
Trust
As soon as a transaction is completed, we invite you to give your opinion via a short evaluation form. In time, a scoring is assigned for future reference. Among the criteria on the evaluation of the lessor: compliance with location, price, conditions, hours, reception, transfer of rights. Among the criteria on the evaluation of the photographer/filmmaker : compliance with shooting, respect of conditions and instructions, withdrawal, hours, and payment.
